Role Details
The Lead Associate - Transactional Quality is responsible for monthly reporting for AP and AR, monitoring client and trainer business updates and updating WNS process documents and user manuals, meeting SLA requirements, daily metric reporting, and weekly client report preparation and presentation. Quality duties include process documentation to ISO standards, sampling strategy review, root cause analysis, measurement system analysis, process compliance and audits, and quality-related training. The role is in Pune (Weikfield), work from office Monday to Friday, on a night US shift (5:30 pm to 2:30 am or 6:30 pm to 3:30 am IST).
