Role Details
The Senior Associate - Collections handles Order to Cash collections: voice calling, dispute management, customer account reconciliation, customer query resolution, account management and follow-up on open balances, refund process, collection reports, and query responses to customers, collection managers and credit controllers. Job location is Pune (Viman Nagar), on US shifts from 6:30 pm to 3:30 am, work from office only. Experience with the GETPAID tool and SAP is a plus.
