Role Details
The Field Executive drives agencies for retention, collection, provision roll back and involuntary churn and delivers targets, makes regular visits to agencies and the field to review performance and SLAs, develops and plans infrastructure at agencies as per allocation and forecast, maintains reports and feedbacks at agencies, keeps a strong governance process for retained cases, field visits, receipt book audits, I-card register, cash register, COC and HSW, and engages in training and coaching programmes for team members.
