Role Details
The Store Manager monitors and ensures quality of acquisition through the store, increases revenue per footfall by aiding customers’ purchase decisions, achieves profitability (return on investment) targets for the store, minimises losses from pilferage and shrinkage, manages churn and achieves customer satisfaction for walk-in customers, ensures appropriate placement of pop-ups and product displays, resolves store-specific issues within timelines, and coaches and trains Store Executives.
