Role Details
The Associate - Travel Customer Service resolves issues on ticketing and schedule changes, issues tickets, audits fares, handles schedule changes, name corrections, MCOs and residuals, and makes airline, hotel and cab reservations. Working location is Mumbai, on 24x7 rotational shifts with rotational offs, and cab facilities are available within 25 km of the office.
