Role Details
The trainer participates in knowledge acquisition and knowledge transfer activities, delivers generic and domain-specific modules, structures onboarding training requirements, delivers pre-process and process training for new employees, supports new hires during on-the-job training and go-live, provides refresher and remedial training, maintains trainee data and training reports, and creates or customises training content.
