Role Details
The role is accountable for end-to-end enterprise customer experience management at the circle, acts as the single point of contact for escalations for all service operations and maintains committed SLAs of uptime for enterprise customers, leads a team delivering and maintaining fixed line services as per committed TAT and SLAs, undertakes service improvement plans for circuit uptime improvement, governs the managed services partner and off-net service providers, and maintains, tracks and releases AMC purchase orders for third-party and circle vendors.
