Role Details
The role covers network performance analysis through OSS/drive test data and optimisation to improve network quality (2G/3G/4G/VoLTE) and customer experience, support to the circle zonal team on all aspects of the RAN network, in-depth analysis of end-to-end performance KPIs, network health checks, auditing and re-engineering of radio database parameters, utilisation monitoring and optimisation/deployment of radio network capacity, licence capacity, 4G spectrum and transmission bandwidth upgrades, and analysis and resolution of customer complaints.
