Role Details
The role reviews and assesses Extension of Time (EOT) submissions from contractors in accordance with contract conditions and provides independent recommendations on EOT claims, reviews baseline schedules, updated schedules, recovery plans, site records and correspondence, determines whether delays are attributable to the contractor, client, consultants or external factors, evaluates Liquidated Damages applicability, and prepares detailed EOT assessment reports for client review.
Eligibility / Skills Required
| Experience | 15+ years in planning, delay analysis, claims management and contract administration; experience reviewing EOT claims and assessing Liquidated Damages on large construction, infrastructure, industrial or building projects; experience handling cost-plus, lump-sum and item-rate contracts of approx. Rs. 300 crore to Rs. 1000 crore |
