Role Details
The Loan Officer - Retail MFB - Sales (posted as Korutla - A V Complex - J Grades) makes close follow-up of disbursed loans, especially those not paying on time, undertakes regular field visits and centre meetings with loan applicants, maintains portfolio quality by tracking and controlling normal dues, non-starters, delinquency and frauds, builds strong client relationships, and ensures weekly and daily meetings and centre visits. Basic understanding of microfinance business and the Joint Liability Group model is preferred.
