Role Details
The Relationship Manager - City Union Bank visits partner branches and interacts with bank branch managers, exceeds branch-level targets on new business, renewal, STP, digitisation and product mix, provides sales support, training, product updates and sales information to branch teams, drives local contests and engagements, maintains relationships with bank branch managers, and ensures customer service on grievance redressal, claim settlement and renewal.
