Role Details
The Manager - Agency Business Associates strengthens distribution by identifying potential leaders, supports and manages Business Associates in recruitment and training of advisors, ensures retention of advisors by engaging them and their leaders, drives profitable business through the prescribed product mix, ensures good quality of business through collection of modal first-year premium and renewal premiums, and coaches, trains and supports reporting managers while monitoring their performance. The role reports to BAM / ABAM IC / BAM IC / Location Head and covers a defined branch.
