Role Details
The Branch Manager - Agency Sales identifies potential catchment areas and develops distribution in them, drives recruitment of distribution through Business Associates and leaders, drives growth in distribution and business through submitted and issued first premium and accident and health contribution, coaches, trains and supports reporting managers and monitors their performance, ensures compliance with internal sales process and other standards, and maintains required trackers and reports. The role supervises Executive / Assistant / Business Associates Managers and covers a city-specific area.
