Role Details
The IT Support Specialist is the go-to person for first-level technical support for internal customers, ensuring quality service per departmental standards and high customer satisfaction ratings. Duties include conducting tests, configuring, installing, modifying, maintaining and repairing computer hardware, operating systems, applications, software patches and updates, assisting in user application testing during implementation, migration and maintenance, performing desktop system maintenance and upgrades, maintaining documentation of instructional procedures and knowledge-based troubleshooting techniques, and maintaining an inventory of hardware assets, peripherals and software licences. The role is in Airoli, Navi Mumbai, full-time and on-site, in Information Systems / Customer Service.
