The Consultant (12 Months) in Gurugram monitors merchant accounts daily, reviewing transaction volumes, patterns and behaviour for signs of risk or policy violations, reviews and actions alerts from risk monitoring systems prioritising cases by severity, investigates flagged merchants by analysing transaction data, reviewing business details and checking for red flags such as unusual spikes, high chargebacks or suspicious activity, escalates complex or high-risk cases to senior analysts with a well-documented summary, tracks and records chargeback and dispute trends, maintains accurate case notes and documentation, produces regular reports on merchant portfolio health, and supports senior team members on ad hoc risk projects and merchant reviews. The role is based in Gurgaon (Gurugram) in the Risk Operations team.
