Role Details
The Team Leader grows distribution and market share in the assigned area, drives POS/EDC deployment and sales through proper channels to merchants across multiple locations, identifies and recruits the sales team, plans market size, span and geographies for field sales executives, monitors quality parameters, and validates and audits acquisitions and sales done by the team. The role requires extensive travel throughout the specified area.
