Role Details
The Associate / Sr Associate - Query Management - iRefer manages large amounts of customer chats, incoming and outgoing phone calls and email exchanges from customers across the globe, addresses complaints, presents and sells company services to current and potential customers, updates and processes information accurately into case management systems and spreadsheets, and escalates issues where required. The role is full-time work from office in Hyderabad, reporting to a Team Leader.
