Role Details
The ITGC Auditor performs SOX ITGC testing for SOX-critical applications (SAP and non-SAP) — walkthroughs, access controls, change management, IT operations, configuration reviews, and data integrity, completeness, accuracy and traceability — plus IT application controls testing (ITACs), validation of key reports for financial reporting, information produced by the entity (IPE) testing, SOC 1 Type II controls testing and complementary user entity controls (CUECs). The role also prepares audit reports with risk implications, root causes and annexures, follows up and closes observations, and supports control-framework enhancements and automation of control testing.
