Role Details
The VKYC Ops role (Operations – Business Operations) carries out customer identification through video calls, performs due diligence checks and reviews KYC documentation through video calls, and ensures all laid down systems and processes are followed as stipulated by regulatory and compliance standards. The role is full-time and on-site in Bengaluru, on rotational shifts in a 24x7 environment (cab facility provided for night shift only), working 6 days a week with weekly days off on any day of the week.
