Role Details
The Collections Officer handles a network of repossession agencies within the assigned territory, onboards, trains and reviews recovery channel partners, executes field recovery actions including skip tracing, settlements and closure of loan accounts, sets daily and fortnightly recovery and repossession targets, supervises third-party recovery agents, identifies accounts needing legal action or repossession, and keeps accurate records of visits, calls and recovery updates.
