Role Details
The Area Manager ensures the 3PL partner meets defined operational SLAs across inbound, outbound, ICQA, and FC Dock functions, leads and develops a team of third-party Area Managers and Team Leads, plans staffing and work schedules, and leads quality and process improvement initiatives so the hub meets its business targets.
