Role Details
The Stores Executive receives, inspects and verifies incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery notes, maintains inventory records and system updates, issues materials on approved requisitions, manages storage, labelling and stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO), runs daily, weekly and monthly inventory checks and reconciliations, coordinates with Purchasing, Finance and operations teams, monitors slow-moving, expired and damaged stock, and supports month-end inventory processes and reports.
