🏆Selection Process — Step by Step

1. Merit cum Reservation. Document Verification and Screening, including a Tamil language Reading, Writing and Speaking Proficiency Test (qualifying; candidates who studied Tamil as a subject in 10th standard are exempt). Candidates found suitable are empanelled for 2 years from approval by the Competent Authority. Pre-engagement medical fitness test as per Corporation rules (candidates who have undergone LASIK surgery are not suitable for the post).

Each stage is qualifying — you must clear one stage to reach the next. Final merit is prepared as per the rules in the official notification.
